About the role

  • Comprehensive analysis of business processes and development of corresponding concepts in collaboration with the client.
  • Implement new functionalities within approved processes in the relevant systems, modules, and workflows.
  • Preparation and coordination of assignments for processing by external service providers.
  • Perform error and root-cause analyses as the basis for developing solutions in the Finance (FI) module and in processes related to Cash & Liquidity Management, invoice verification, and bank communication.
  • Professionally support and execute tests to ensure error-free functionality, including the preparation of comprehensive documentation in line with internal guidelines, as well as conducting detailed error analyses to inform solution development.
  • Participate in and, where applicable, lead projects within the functional area of responsibility.
  • Develop small, customer-specific enhancements using the SAP-specific development environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience as a consultant and in client support within the SAP Core environment, specifically in the Finance (FI) module.
  • Ideally strong knowledge of Cash & Liquidity Management processes (Serrala add-on), invoice verification, and bank communication.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • High motivation to implement and expand business processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a confident, professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
