About the role
- Comprehensive analysis of business processes and development of corresponding concepts in collaboration with the client
- Implementation of new functionalities within approved processes in the relevant systems, modules and workflows
- Preparation and coordination of assignments for processing by external service providers
- Conducting error analyses as the basis for developing solution options in the Finance module and in processes related to Cash & Liquidity Management, invoice verification and bank communication
- Qualified support and execution of tests to ensure error-free functionality, including the preparation of comprehensive documentation in accordance with internal guidelines, as well as performing detailed error analyses as the basis for developing solutions
- Participation in and, where applicable, leadership of projects within the functional area of responsibility
- Development of small, customer-specific enhancements using the SAP-specific development environment
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a consultant and in customer support within the SAP core environment, particularly in the Finance (FI) module
- Ideally, good knowledge of Cash & Liquidity Management processes (Serrala add‑on), invoice verification/accounts payable and bank communication
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High motivation to implement and expand business processes
- Strong communication and team skills, with a confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
