About the role
- Preparation of liquidity forecasts and business/budget plans
- Preparation of committee/board papers on controlling matters
- Development of assumptions and target outcomes for budget and medium-term planning
- Ensuring and performing comprehensive analyses of short-, medium- and long-term planning as well as steering and control in coordination with senior management
- Development of corrective measures for target/actual variances and preparation of ad-hoc analyses
- Execution of cost accounting, cost analyses and cost calculations, as well as profitability analyses
- Support for accounts payable invoice processing (account assignment, verification, approval)
- Support for accounts receivable billing (instructions for invoice creation, guidelines for account assignment of credit notes)
- Participation in the annual financial statement/closing process
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration (Bachelor) with a focus on Controlling and Corporate Management or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in controlling and/or corporate management
- Solid knowledge of external accounting and corporate law
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SRM systems and SAP-FI
- Team player with strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal expression
- Organizational skills and a structured, independent working style, even under high workloads
