About the role
- Technical leadership of the HVAC and sanitary systems team
- Project management of building services for larger construction projects, including assignments across Northern Germany
- Support in the conceptual design of building services systems
- Coordination of all internal and external project stakeholders
- Budget responsibility
- Contribution to business development and acquisition of new projects
- Involvement in site supervision (construction management)
Requirements
- Degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, energy and building technology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience leading building services projects
- Desire to work independently and take responsibility
- Enjoyment in leading and developing people
- Good knowledge of VOB A–C and HOAI
- Experience in claims/change order management
- Familiarity with AVA software (e.g., ORCA)
