About the role
- Lead project management for entire shows or sequences
- Oversee a team of Coordinators, Production Assistants, and other support staff
- Management and tracking of bid day budgets
- Develop strong relationships with Directors, Producers, and Clients
- Coordinate with the crewing department and manage artist & operational support resources
- Mentor and train junior staff members
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Producer
- Strong capabilities in scheduling and project budget management
- Excellent client management skills
- Proficiency in corporate G Suite applications, MS Office, Ftrack (Shotgrid skills are transferable), and other production software
- In-depth understanding of VFX production workflows and post-production processes
