About the role

  • Proactively identify, approach and win new B2B customers in the take-away and ready-meals segment
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on sustainable cooperation
  • Develop tailored packaging solutions in close coordination with product development and engineering
  • Analyze individual customer needs and design appropriate solutions — from initial consultation to contract signing
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals and actively manage contracts
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to develop strategic initiatives
  • Present our portfolio (including Duniform) at trade shows, industry events and through targeted networking
  • Promote sustainable packaging solutions that combine ecological responsibility with economic efficiency
  • Support simple service and maintenance tasks on site at customer locations
  • Maintain sales data, provide regular reporting and help shape internal improvement processes
  • Collaborate across teams with field sales, inside sales and customer service within Switzerland to ensure seamless customer care and efficient coordination

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales background — preferably in food packaging or a similar industry; experience in hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Passion for customer-specific solutions, strong closing ability and persuasive communication skills
  • Good sense of market and customer trends combined with strategic vision
  • Solid technical understanding or willingness to quickly become familiar with technical topics (e.g., Duniform sealing technology)
  • Fluent in French, business-level German and basic knowledge of English
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer within the team; support and value open exchange
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented and outgoing — with a hunter mentality and genuine enthusiasm for growth and innovation
