Key responsibilities & impact

Recruiting: You’ll be responsible for all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel - we want this experience to run like clockwork
Referrals: You’ll leverage our network to unlock access to Europe’s greatest talent.
Relationship building: You'll build and maintain relationships with future leadership talent
People topics: You'll partner closely with our founders on onboarding, candidate experience, and the foundations of how we hire and grow teams at Duna.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-9 years of experience (but more/less also welcome)
Execution rigour (as opposed to "management")
Relationship building and networking
