Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with no experience, or 2+ years equivalent industry experience without a degree
  • Experience in the utility industry preferred
  • Understanding of basic principles of project management preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Some business units may require visits to field sites and/or plants
