About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with no experience, or 2+ years equivalent industry experience without a degree
- Experience in the utility industry preferred
- Understanding of basic principles of project management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- Some business units may require visits to field sites and/or plants
