About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide accounting, financial, tax analysis and/or reporting support for the Finance Group
  • Work closely with teammates on various finance activities including compiling tax, finance and/or accounting data
  • Perform computations and complete various documentation and/or input forms
  • Use various tax, budgeting and accounting software technologies
  • Interface with others in and outside of the department
  • Conduct or assist with tasks such as monthly journal entry preparation, account reconciliations and variance analysis
  • Analyze and research ad-hoc requests and reporting
  • Prepare regulatory and tax filings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Ability to possess and apply fundamental accounting and finance concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Masters in Accounting or MBA
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • GPA of 3.5 highly desired
  • Previous relevant internship or co-op experience desired
  • Demonstrates leadership through on-campus or extracurricular activities
  • 0-2 years of work experience in related field in addition to degree
