About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide accounting, financial, tax analysis and/or reporting support for the Finance Group
Work closely with teammates on various finance activities including compiling tax, finance and/or accounting data
Perform computations and complete various documentation and/or input forms
Use various tax, budgeting and accounting software technologies
Interface with others in and outside of the department
Conduct or assist with tasks such as monthly journal entry preparation, account reconciliations and variance analysis
Analyze and research ad-hoc requests and reporting
Prepare regulatory and tax filings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
Ability to possess and apply fundamental accounting and finance concepts, practices, and procedures
Masters in Accounting or MBA
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
GPA of 3.5 highly desired
Previous relevant internship or co-op experience desired
Demonstrates leadership through on-campus or extracurricular activities
0-2 years of work experience in related field in addition to degree
