About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for multiple ambulatory clinic locations
- Ensure high-quality patient care, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency across all assigned locations
- Partner with physician and advanced practice provider leadership, Nurse Managers, and Clinic Managers
- Drive service line performance and align operations with DUHS goals, regulatory standards, and patient experience expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or related field required
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in ambulatory or hospital operations
- At least two years in a leadership role managing multiple clinic or departmental locations
- Experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic operations preferred
