About the role
- Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Lead budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking
- Oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision
- Coordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural)
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations
- Provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in industrial/commercial electrical project management
- Expertise in electrical systems + general knowledge of mechanical, civil, and structural work
- Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Self-motivated with strong leadership and time management skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites at a minimum every other week
