About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support operations staff, supervisors, and managers with daily work in the Project team
- Create file# in CW1 according to operations instructions
- Issue HBL according to overseas office/customer instructions and follow up MBL with carriers
- Input AR and AP charges into CW1 and bill local clients and overseas offices according to quotations and timelines
- Submit invoices to Webcost on time
- Support operations with timely tracking report updates
- Complete accurate and complete data entry in operational systems according to SOPs and instructions
- Complete other tasks assigned by management or operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Complete and correct data input in operation systems by following SOP and instructions
- Ability to create file# in CW1
- Ability to issue HBL according to overseas office/customer instructions and follow up MBL with carriers
- Ability to input AR and AP charges into CW1 and bill local clients and overseas offices according to quotations
- Ability to submit invoices to Webcost
- Ability to update tracking reports
- Ability to perform other tasks assigned by manager, supervisor, or operations
