About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Produce accurate and timely quotes for DSV US Air and Sea shipments within the defined pricing system
Support Operations or Sales customer requests
Work with sales and operations teams to understand customer needs and develop pricing proposals
Analyze pricing data and trends to identify areas for pricing strategy attention and optimization
Monitor individual pricing performance and identify improvement areas to win business
Collaborate with other departments to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives
Support maintenance of pricing databases

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in a pricing or analytical role in the transportation and logistics industry, or 6+ years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with large amounts of data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
Fluent in English, oral and written
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred
Experience with pricing in the transportation and logistics industry preferred
Experience in transportation and logistics operations preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, or a related field preferred
