About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyse application requirements to support the testing process for RPA and BPA projects
- Design, develop, maintain and execute manual test plans, test cases and test scripts based on product requirements
- Estimate test effort based on project documentation and collaboration with Business Analysts
- Identify and document software defects throughout the testing lifecycle
- Track reported defects in Jira and verify implemented fixes
- Identify and communicate testing, product and project risks to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with business representatives by scheduling, preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience using Jira, TestRail or similar tools for defect tracking and test management
- Basic understanding of SQL, including the ability to write simple queries and work with databases
- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, system and acceptance testing
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Attention to detail, curiosity and critical thinking
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- A systematic and organised approach to work
- Experience with API testing with tool such as Postman and Swagger
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification
- Experience working with Power BI or Business Intelligence solutions
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Interest in using AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, documentation and software testing activities
