About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents and records
  • Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight for accurate part numbers, quantities, and material condition
  • Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts
  • Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
  • Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices
  • Oversee and perform population of electronic components and installation of cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics
  • Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
  • Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
  • Perform and oversee cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards
  • Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
  • Delegate and coach team members while supporting cross-training across datacenter departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with different working groups
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills for confident, accurate, and efficient decision-making
  • Computer experience
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
  • Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Flexibility to cross-train in multiple datacenter departments
  • Effective delegation and coaching skills
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
