About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process shipments in the respective Road division department, including overland road, oversized, or out-of-gauge shipments
Perform tasks according to company standards, cost-efficiency requirements, and industry standards
Advise the department Supervisor or Manager of transaction problems or irregularities
Adhere to company policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, work schedules, and attendance requirements
Perform other operational duties as assigned
Provide feedback on the department worked in
Support DSV’s quality, health, safety, and environmental objectives
Follow DSV Quality Health Safety Environment policy requirements
Incorporate sustainability, health, and safety into day-to-day activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Applicants must have already graduated; current students are not eligible
Valid Canadian work authorization
Good command of spoken and written English
MS Office proficiency
Ability to learn internal applications and software
Ability to create collaborative engagements and actively listen
Service-oriented approach and ability to resolve customer grievances
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to multitask, plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Team-building and team-player abilities
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work prolonged periods sitting and standing at a desk and using a computer
