About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process shipments in the respective Road division department, including overland road, oversized, or out-of-gauge shipments
  • Perform tasks according to company standards, cost-efficiency requirements, and industry standards
  • Advise the department Supervisor or Manager of transaction problems or irregularities
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, work schedules, and attendance requirements
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned
  • Provide feedback on the department worked in
  • Support DSV’s quality, health, safety, and environmental objectives
  • Follow DSV Quality Health Safety Environment policy requirements
  • Incorporate sustainability, health, and safety into day-to-day activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Applicants must have already graduated; current students are not eligible
  • Valid Canadian work authorization
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to learn internal applications and software
  • Ability to create collaborative engagements and actively listen
  • Service-oriented approach and ability to resolve customer grievances
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
