About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight, including shipping documents and records
Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight for accurate part numbers, quantities, and material condition
Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts at the datacenter
Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
Oversee and perform server rack placement on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices
Oversee and perform electronic component population and cabling installation in server racks using diagrams and schematics
Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
Perform and oversee cleanup activities to maintain safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
Delegate and coach team members while supporting cross-training and production goals
Interact regularly with datacenter customers and stakeholders and build positive working relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of related experience required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
Experience with computers required
Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols required
Ability to work with live electrical and electronic equipment and components
Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Must pass required federal, state, local government, airport, or company background checks and clearances
Must pass required drug and alcohol tests
Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
Ability to maintain safety and process procedures
