About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight and manage shipping documents and records
  • Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight
  • Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts
  • Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
  • Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices
  • Oversee and perform population of electronic components and cabling installation into server racks using diagrams and schematics
  • Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools
  • Operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
  • Perform and oversee cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards
  • Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday
  • Delegate and coach team members
  • Provide material orders, customer service, inventory management, and customer material movement support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of related experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Computer experience required
  • Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must pass required federal, state, local government, airport, or company background checks and clearances
  • Must pass required drug and alcohol tests
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift frequently
  • Ability to work the B shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and laser measuring devices
  • Ability to operate straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
