About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full responsibility for the terminal's operational and financial performance (P&L)
- Developing supervisors and team leaders across a 24/7 operation
- Ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused crossdock and export activities
- Driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the SEAL transition
- Managing key stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Acting as the overall operational leader of one of DSV's key Road terminals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Terminal Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within a logistics, transport, or crossdock environment
- Strong knowledge of crossdock operations and high-volume transport hubs
- Experience managing large operational teams through multiple management layers
- A track record in change management and operational transformation projects
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
