About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for coordination and delivery of training courses required by DSV and the client
- Develop and conduct competency training that is role-specific
- Monitor, measure, and report KPIs for staff training and development plans
- Facilitate training on safety, operations, quality, and procedural updates
- Evaluate team members’ skill levels and retrain as necessary
- Create and maintain training documents for orientation and safety
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in warehousing and/or logistics
- 6 months training experience
- 1 year experience working with material handling equipment (MHE)
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be able to become MHE certified within 30 days of hire
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- English language skills (reading, writing, verbal)
