About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for coordination and delivery of training courses required by DSV and the client
  • Develop and conduct competency training that is role-specific
  • Monitor, measure, and report KPIs for staff training and development plans
  • Facilitate training on safety, operations, quality, and procedural updates
  • Evaluate team members’ skill levels and retrain as necessary
  • Create and maintain training documents for orientation and safety

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in warehousing and/or logistics
  • 6 months training experience
  • 1 year experience working with material handling equipment (MHE)
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Must be able to become MHE certified within 30 days of hire
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • English language skills (reading, writing, verbal)
