About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for coordination and delivery of training courses required by DSV and the client
Develop and conduct competency training that is role-specific
Monitor, measure, and report KPIs for staff training and development plans
Facilitate training on safety, operations, quality, and procedural updates
Evaluate team members’ skill levels and retrain as necessary
Create and maintain training documents for orientation and safety

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED
2 years of experience in warehousing and/or logistics
6 months training experience
1 year experience working with material handling equipment (MHE)
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
Must be able to become MHE certified within 30 days of hire
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
English language skills (reading, writing, verbal)
