About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and coordinate the exportation of goods by air
Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers
Manage relationships with customers and address any concerns
Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
Understanding of trade laws and regulations
Fluency in English is required
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred
