About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute AWB in CW1 upon receipt of complete documents
Ensure accuracy of shipment documents and CW1 data quality
Ensure that all created files are sent through
Ensure that all pre-alerts are sent on time
Ensure timely dispatch of all documents at origin offices
File archiving
Reply emails and queries from DSV offices and clients in a timely and effective manner
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferably with work experience in a multinational freight forwarding company
Graduate of a 4-year course
Operational industry experience in a similar capacity
Good command of English language
