About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and manage transportation of AOG Shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
Oversee end-to-end logistics process and handling documentation for aircraft components
Organize and coordinate Import/Export/Domestic AOG shipments
Daily data entry into AOG Desk log and record filing
Communicate with parties to ensure proper handling of shipments and on-time deliveries
Monitor and control AOG operations with Customers, Branches, and Network
Prepare daily AOG shipments adhering to regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required
Professional certifications in freight forwarding (IATA or NCBFAA) may be preferred
3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
Experience shipping aircraft components including engines
Experience moving product on AOG basis preferred
Experience managing a team and working with clients is preferred
Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures
Proficiency in logistics software and systems
