About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and manage transportation of AOG Shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics process and handling documentation for aircraft components
  • Organize and coordinate Import/Export/Domestic AOG shipments
  • Daily data entry into AOG Desk log and record filing
  • Communicate with parties to ensure proper handling of shipments and on-time deliveries
  • Monitor and control AOG operations with Customers, Branches, and Network
  • Prepare daily AOG shipments adhering to regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is required
  • Professional certifications in freight forwarding (IATA or NCBFAA) may be preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field
  • Experience shipping aircraft components including engines
  • Experience moving product on AOG basis preferred
  • Experience managing a team and working with clients is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems
