About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support APAC Road in transforming business and customer requirements into scalable operational processes, system capabilities, digital solutions, visibility improvements and enabling successful adoption across APAC Road countries.
- Translate customer and operational KPI requirements into scalable process, visibility and system capabilities
- Gather, analyse and define business requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams
- Drive process standardisation, continuous improvement and automation initiatives across APAC Road
- Support cluster enablement, solution deployment and business readiness activities
- Facilitate TMS adoption, knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across countries
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, process improvement or business transformation
- Experience translating business needs into system and process requirements
- Knowledge of TMS platforms and Road operational processes
- Strong project coordination & service management and stakeholder management skills.
