About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead regional digital transformation programs within DSV Supply Chain Solutions
- Manage projects from initiation through implementation, hypercare, and operational handover
- Conduct workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to define business processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, perform risk management, and manage change requests
- Establish and monitor KPIs, track benefits realization, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years’ experience leading regional or global supply chain programs
- Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs, ERP, TMS, WMS integrations, BI tools, and functional solution design
- Certification in Agile (Scrum), PRINCE2, or PMP
- Experience in process design (BPMN 2.0), API & EDI integration
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Azure DevOps, and SQL is advantageous
- Familiarity with supply chain improvement and transformation methodologies such as Lean Management, Agile Supply Chain, digital transformation, DDMRP, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Total Quality Management (TQM), and Logistics 4.0
- Fluent in English and ideally proficiency in an additional European or Asian language
