About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of inventory accuracy, quality performance, and operational compliance
- Own network-wide inventory accuracy performance
- Establish standardized inventory control policies, audit routines, and research best practices
- Define and monitor storage utilization and capacity health metrics
- Establish and maintain quality management systems (QMS)
- Lead ICQA-driven continuous improvement initiatives across the network
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 8–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience strongly preferred)
- 5+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership
- Experience managing multi-site distribution networks
- Proven track record improving inventory accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
