About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage assigned change requests from intake through production deployment.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for external vendors.
- Coordinate vendors throughout the development and delivery process.
- Validate delivered solutions against business and technical requirements.
- Create and execute functional test scenarios.
- Analyze test results and provide release recommendations.
- Support production deployments and post-release activities.
- Ensure all changes comply with DSV quality and governance standards.
- Maintain complete technical and functional documentation.
- Monitor risks, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors in a global environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT Application Support, IT Service Delivery, or similar roles.
- Experience coordinating software changes with third-party vendors.
- Experience performing functional testing and validating system enhancements.
- Experience documenting technical or functional changes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.
- Advanced English (B2+).
