About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with a team of Export specialists to ensure high-quality and accurate service for our clients
Manage the export workflow from initial customer service interactions to departure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues
Resolve export-related issues in partnership with various stakeholders and team members
Accurately and promptly input data into Cargowise One
Calculate financial aspects, such as invoice costs, related to your files
Implement and monitor improvements in export processes
Assist the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily activities and other assigned tasks/projects as needed
