About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Oversee the company's financial planning and budgeting processes
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
Manage the accounting and reporting functions, including financial statements, general ledger, and accounts payable/receivable
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, and SAP
CPA or CFA certification is preferred
