About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scheduling and dispatching of pickup and delivery routes (LTL / partial & full loads)
Route optimization with respect to cost, efficiency and service
Daily communication with drivers, partners and internal departments
Recording and maintaining shipment data in the TMS
Customer support for pickups, deliveries and shipment status
Handling deviations, claims and special requests
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., dangerous goods, driving and rest time regulations)
Checking proof-of-delivery documents and supporting billing/settlement
Contributing to process optimizations in the Collection & Distribution area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk or equivalent
Experience in dispatching or operational road transport handling
Proficient in TMS and MS Office
Strong communication skills, organized, resilient and team-oriented
