About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support with the administrative day-to-day tasks of the Air & Sea team
- Recording and maintenance of shipment and master data in our freight forwarding and transport management systems
- Checking, recording and coding/posting of incoming invoices, as well as support with invoicing
- Support with invoice reconciliation and clarification of discrepancies, e.g. in connection with CASS settlement
- Participation in the preparation of analyses, reports and statistics in Excel
- General organizational and administrative tasks, e.g. filing, correspondence and appointment coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are currently enrolled in a degree program, e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding or a comparable field
- Interest in logistics processes and in air and ocean freight
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to learn our systems and processes – we will support you step by step
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- A structured and careful working style, an affinity for numbers and an eye for detail
- Team spirit, initiative and enjoyment of working in an international environment
