About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
- Meet the customer’s operational requirements.
- Ensure deliveries are made on time in full.
- First line support for customer and DSV to ensure that all issues are proactively handled.
- Support colleagues within all departments in providing an enhanced service to customers whilst maintaining and promoting DSV best practices.
- Responsible for the completion/population of location KPI's as well as being responsible for Customer invoicing processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within logistics
- Exceptional organisation skills and effective time management
- Possess good communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- IT Literate in Microsoft Office
- Problem solving
- Understanding of CargoWrite is desired, however training can be given.
