About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee strategic direction, operation, compliance, and financial results for a designated operation
- Oversee manpower, recruiting, retention, and development of people for the operation
- Ensure that procedures exist at all sites to guarantee client service and productivity
- Responsible for overall safety and security of assigned operations and staff

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Budgeting and P&L management experience required
- At least 3 years of experience in an operations management related position
- Basic understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong proficiency in basic MS Office applications
- Advanced level expertise required in accounting and financial mathematical applications
