About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and execute project logistics across all modes of transport
  • Work actively with service providers across all modes of transport and be able to source competitive rates
  • Assist with tender submissions in the areas of planning, execution and pricing in time frames required
  • Assist in the development and expansion of customer relationships, client base and client retention
  • Order tracking & follows up with job registrations
  • Problem solve with a range of stakeholders including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers
  • Liaise with customers when organising required transport
  • Communicate regularly & provide strong customer care whilst servicing our customer and service providers needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Project freight forwarding experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • CW1 knowledge is preferred
