About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and execute project logistics across all modes of transport
- Work actively with service providers across all modes of transport and be able to source competitive rates
- Assist with tender submissions in the areas of planning, execution and pricing in time frames required
- Assist in the development and expansion of customer relationships, client base and client retention
- Order tracking & follows up with job registrations
- Problem solve with a range of stakeholders including airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders and customers
- Liaise with customers when organising required transport
- Communicate regularly & provide strong customer care whilst servicing our customer and service providers needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Project freight forwarding experience preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data input
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CW1 knowledge is preferred
