About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operational handling of air freight export shipments in the Aerospace & Defence sector
Order entry and processing in CW1 / Tango
Independent coordination and planning of pre-carriage operations
Processing including invoicing and posting of incoming and outgoing documents
Customer support and claims handling
Handling operations at a 24/7 AOG desk in a shift-based schedule (AOG = Aircraft on Ground)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in freight forwarding and logistics services, or an equivalent qualification
Proficient in MS Office
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and a confident manner, with a service- and customer-oriented approach
Reliable time management, flexibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team
If the role involves contact with the aviation security area, a valid security clearance (ZÜP) and valid aviation security training will be required. If not already in place, candidates must be willing to undergo the ZÜP and the relevant training.
