About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end processing of corporate tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs)
Deconstruct complex customer requirements for global clarity and alignment
Build internal data templates to standardize competitive, cross-functional bid proposals
Guarantee mathematical accuracy, formatting integrity, and completeness across submissions
Develop multimode transport expertise to steer decision-making during bids
Build shipment simulations, cost models, and variance charts in Excel
Track historical data, market trends, and competitor actions to adapt models
Use VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, and data manipulation techniques for input sheets
Formulate data-backed recommendations for adjustments to active pricing frameworks
Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key metrics, identify pricing trends, and organize data for consumption
Leverage Power BI data models to present insights on tender performance and win/loss analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, logistics, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tender management, marketing, or pricing
Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry dynamics
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proficient in market research and competitive analysis
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with tender management software and data analysis tools
Competence in building interactive dashboards using Power BI
Experience querying internal databases and managing data entry integrity
