About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end processing of corporate tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Deconstruct complex customer requirements for global clarity and alignment
  • Build internal data templates to standardize competitive, cross-functional bid proposals
  • Guarantee mathematical accuracy, formatting integrity, and completeness across submissions
  • Develop multimode transport expertise to steer decision-making during bids
  • Build shipment simulations, cost models, and variance charts in Excel
  • Track historical data, market trends, and competitor actions to adapt models
  • Use VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, and data manipulation techniques for input sheets
  • Formulate data-backed recommendations for adjustments to active pricing frameworks
  • Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key metrics, identify pricing trends, and organize data for consumption
  • Leverage Power BI data models to present insights on tender performance and win/loss analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tender management, marketing, or pricing
  • Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry dynamics
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficient in market research and competitive analysis
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills and experience in contract negotiations
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with tender management software and data analysis tools
  • Competence in building interactive dashboards using Power BI
  • Experience querying internal databases and managing data entry integrity
