Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand our customers’ needs and deliver a high-quality service every time
  • Coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery across air, road, ocean, and specialist shipments (including high-value and secure movements)
  • Track shipment progress and provide clear, timely updates and reporting
  • Manage any issues or delays, finding practical solutions to keep shipments moving smoothly
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and positive team
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to create effective partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in a similar role within Transport Logistics -essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team player who enjoys working on your own initiative
