About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inspect tools, toolkits, and components to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and compliance with customer and quality standards.
  • Assemble, dismantle, repair, package, and repack tooling using Bills of Materials (BOMs) and approved procedures.
  • Replace expired or modified tooling components and maintain tooling in line with shelf-life and engineering requirements.
  • Perform visual, dimensional, and mechanical inspections using precision measuring equipment.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and support customer inspection and certification activities.
  • Act as the key point of contact for process changes, inspection updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain cleanroom standards, including cleaning schedules, equipment maintenance, ESD controls, and contamination prevention procedures.
  • Ensure all quality documentation, work instructions, and ISO-controlled records are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, analysing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate and resolve tooling, inventory, and kit discrepancies to minimise customer downtime and maintain service quality.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock verification, and maintenance of quality tracking systems.
  • Train and support colleagues in basic tooling repairs, maintenance activities, and cleanroom best practices.
  • Comply with all company policies, customer requirements, quality standards, and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous cleanroom experience is advantageous.
  • Relevant quality, manufacturing, technical, engineering, or operational qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
