About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee end-to-end shipment and customs activities across four warehouse sites
  • Monitor daily operations, identifying errors and ensuring timely resolution
  • Produce and manage daily warehouse reporting to ensure shipment location accuracy
  • Conduct audits and compliance checks on documentation, declarations, and stock movements
  • Partner with Operations and Brokerage teams to ensure full regulatory and AEO compliance
  • Support monthly Revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Act as a key contact during Revenue (customs authority) visits
  • Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis and process improvements
  • Support customs projects, system improvements, and onboarding activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in customs and/or logistics operations an advantage
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills advanced is desirable
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple sites
  • Full driver’s licence is key as travelling will be required
