About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work daily with freight rates, quotations, and customer inquiries
Collaborate closely with shipping lines, the Sales team, and customers
Build long-term customer relationships
Translate customer requests into competitive, tailored quotations
Analyze freight rates, negotiate with shipping lines and carriers, and monitor market developments
Manage and prepare new quotation requests for LCL, FCL, reefer, and dangerous goods shipments
Process and maintain quotations and customer information in CargoWise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a freight forwarder, export coordinator, or in a similar logistics role
Knowledge of ocean freight or experience in a similar role is an advantage
You have a good command of both Dutch (B1 level) and English, spoken and written
