Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources required
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Previous experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • General working knowledge of human resources and management skills
  • Problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, change management, operational management skills, decision making skills, financial, analytical skills, and influence skills.
  • Knowledge of local employment and labor laws/regulations.
