About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, manage, and deliver logistics projects from inception to completion, focusing on process optimization, new implementations, and automation.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables while tracking progress and dependencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead cross-functional alignment across Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering, and external teams.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure full compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent, data-driven status updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse process optimization, layout modifications, and WMS or SAP implementation projects.
  • Experience in modern warehouse distribution and supply chain design, with a preference for innovation initiatives (e.g., automation, robotics, digitalization).
  • Proficiency in project scoping, timeline mapping, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong negotiation skills to manage expectations and resolve conflicts across diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on multi-tasker who stays organized and drives execution under time pressure, tight timelines, and changing priorities.
