About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and safeguard contracts, SLAs, and commercial agreements
- Act as the primary escalation point for key customers
- Ensure implementation of customer agreements and new business requests
- Monitor and improve performance (KPIs)
- Coordinate tariff and rate management
- Lead MBRs and QBRs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within accounts
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10+ years of experience within road transportation with strong focus on account/contract management
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
- Deep understanding of road transport and international logistics flows
- Proven experience managing high-value strategic accounts
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Analytical and commercially aware mindset with solid Excel skills
