About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading and coordinating production associates performing material handling and inventory management
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager and/or General Manager, overseeing daily operations to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting customer requirements and service level agreements
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to associates, promote continuous improvement, and serve as a key liaison between operations, customers, and site stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or data center environments
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset
