About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic HR support to business units or departments.
  • Work closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role is required.
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development is required.
  • Experience with HRIS and data analytics is preferred.
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
