About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Quality and Training Supervisor is a visible leadership and development role.
  • Responsible for supporting the quality programs in the warehouse.
  • Coordination and delivery of training courses that are required by DSV and the client.
  • Report to the site Manager.
  • Support local continuous improvement activities, document controls, and ISO activities.
  • Ensure that the operation adheres to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting client and company expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a high school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience working in training and/or warehousing
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies and plans
  • Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred
  • Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Power Point)
  • English (reading, writing, verbal)
