About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Quality and Training Supervisor is a visible leadership and development role.
Responsible for supporting the quality programs in the warehouse.
Coordination and delivery of training courses that are required by DSV and the client.
Report to the site Manager.
Support local continuous improvement activities, document controls, and ISO activities.
Ensure that the operation adheres to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting client and company expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a high school diploma
Minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience working in training and/or warehousing
Prior experience in developing and implementing compliance strategies and plans
Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred
Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, and Power Point)
English (reading, writing, verbal)
