Overseeing the day-to-day operations of freight handling.
Coordinating with various stakeholders and managing operational processes.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assigning tasks and monitoring performance of freight handlers and operational staff.
Ensuring proper documentation, labeling, and packaging of goods.
Planning and prioritizing freight operations to meet customer demands.
Liaising with customers, carriers, and stakeholders to coordinate freight movements.
Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight operations or logistics roles, with demonstrated experience in supervisory or leadership positions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of freight handling processes and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
Fluent in English (oral and written).
