About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.
Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the reporting superior.
Perform cycle count administration.
Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
Report to the reporting superior on all receiving non-conformances if any.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good SAP Warehouse Management System and experience with handling electronic devices such as RF scanners etc
Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA)
Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Good problem-solving skills and experience in resolving problems creatively.
Willing to voice out opinions and share best practices to improve team performance.
Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
