About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Verifying, allocating and booking of bank transactions (SAP)
Posting of Petty Cash transactions
Preparing and coordinating the bank accounts reconciliations on daily and monthly basis
Taking the responsibility for incoming correspondence with banks
Preparing and executing automatic and manual payments
Processing bank and cash flow operations accurately and in timely manners
Ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to newly hired employees
Expertise support of other employees
Creating positive external and internal image
Supervision of the assigned resources
Preventing waste, theft, disclosure of irregularities and fraud against the Company
Compliance with safety and fire regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in finance/accountancy area
Knowledge of English at least at level B2
Knowledge of another language used in a daily work of at least B2 level will be an asset
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) at advanced level
Knowledge of SAP
Minimal work experience: Min. 6 months of work experience within Finance department is an asset
