About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Verifying, allocating and booking of bank transactions (SAP)
  • Posting of Petty Cash transactions
  • Preparing and coordinating the bank accounts reconciliations on daily and monthly basis
  • Taking the responsibility for incoming correspondence with banks
  • Preparing and executing automatic and manual payments
  • Processing bank and cash flow operations accurately and in timely manners
  • Ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to newly hired employees
  • Expertise support of other employees
  • Creating positive external and internal image
  • Supervision of the assigned resources
  • Preventing waste, theft, disclosure of irregularities and fraud against the Company
  • Compliance with safety and fire regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education in finance/accountancy area
  • Knowledge of English at least at level B2
  • Knowledge of another language used in a daily work of at least B2 level will be an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) at advanced level
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Minimal work experience: Min. 6 months of work experience within Finance department is an asset
