About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and maintain the AutoStore system, including robots, ports, grid, bins, and charging stations
  • Perform preventive maintenance and technical inspections
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and software-related issues
  • Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Support system performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external service partners
  • Support testing and implementation of system upgrades and new equipment
  • Train and guide warehouse users on best practices and basic troubleshooting
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have a technical education within Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
  • Bring experience from warehouse automation, production equipment, robotics, or material handling systems
  • Have strong troubleshooting skills within mechanical and electrical systems
  • Can work independently and take ownership of technical issues
  • Have a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Communicate confidently in English
  • Experience with AutoStore, conveyor systems, WMS/WCS platforms, robotics, or automated warehouse solutions is an advantage.
