About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and maintain the AutoStore system, including robots, ports, grid, bins, and charging stations
- Perform preventive maintenance and technical inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, automation, and software-related issues
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Support system performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering, and external service partners
- Support testing and implementation of system upgrades and new equipment
- Train and guide warehouse users on best practices and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a technical education within Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Bring experience from warehouse automation, production equipment, robotics, or material handling systems
- Have strong troubleshooting skills within mechanical and electrical systems
- Can work independently and take ownership of technical issues
- Have a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Communicate confidently in English
- Experience with AutoStore, conveyor systems, WMS/WCS platforms, robotics, or automated warehouse solutions is an advantage.
